Returns / Cancellations
We have built our reputation on customer
satisfaction. Our returns and cancellations policy reflects
our desire to work with you to resolve any complaints or difficulties
you have to your satisfaction.
Design
We require 50% of the project estimate to be paid in advance
for design services. We will provide you with our "best
guess" project estimate, usually with a 20% variance
to cover unforseen complications or time savings. You can
cancel at any time up to three days past this initial payment.
Beyond the 3-day period, this fee is non-refundable. We will
send you all work done prior to cancellation.
In general,
you may cancel at any time during the project development.
You will be liable only for time spent prior to cancellation.
You will be invoiced the balance due for work past the initial
50%, at which time we will provide you with all work completed
prior to cancellation.
Hosting
A one-time, non-refundable setup fee is charged for most hosting
accounts. However, any payments made for hosting services
in the initial month are fully refundable within 30 days of
initiating the hosting agreement.
Depending upon the payment
option you choose, there are several cancellation options.
Payment for hosting services is in advance. Invoices
on monthly payment plans are due within 15 days. Automatic
payment plan clients receive invoices electronically (via
email) near the end of the final period of service (monthly,
quarterly, annually), after which they have three days –
or by the end of the month, whichever is earlier – to
cancel in writing or via email. Otherwise, the account will
be assumed to be renewed automatically, and the credit card
account approved for payment will be debited on the first
to the fifth of the month for continuing service.
In general,
you may cancel any time on all plans prior to the end of the
month without penalty, but you are liable for any days of
the month for which hosting services have been provided.
